Months out

Pre-planning

We build the budget and timeline, source the venue and vendors, chase the contracts and design the look, with a checklist you can actually read.

On the day

Onsite execution

We arrive first and leave last: setup, vendor wrangling, run-of-show, and quiet fixes nobody else notices.

good questionsHiring an event planner in Colorado

Do you plan events outside Denver?

Yes. We're based in Denver and plan events across the whole state: Boulder, Fort Collins and Colorado Springs, mountain towns like Vail, Breckenridge, Aspen and Steamboat Springs, and down to Telluride and Durango.

How far ahead should we book an event planner?

For full wedding planning, about 12 months or more. Partial planning works well 4 to 9 months out, and day-of coordination 6 to 8 weeks out. Corporate conferences usually start 6 to 12 months ahead, but get in touch even if your date is closer.

Do you offer day-of coordination only?

Yes. If you've planned it yourself, we step in about 6 to 8 weeks before: we confirm every vendor, build the run-of-show and run the day so you can enjoy it.

How big an event can you handle?

Daryn has coordinated weddings of up to 300 guests onsite and planned corporate conferences for up to 3,000 attendees. Small dinners and offsites get the same attention.
